Monday: The weather data over the weekend was little milder through the coming weekend, but still with frigid air pouring into the western and central US, just slow to reach the East. However, when cold air does finally advance toward the East, it will have tapped an impressive amount of Arctic air, as we mentioned was likely late last week, which made last Friday’s spike lower so curious and begs the question why when considering prices are back sharply higher today.  First image shows temperatures vs normal Tuesday with the entire US above normal.  Second image shows frigid air pushing East December 25-26th.
