Wednesday:  The strongest cold blast of this fall season will arrive over the coming days with temperatures dropping below freezing, including as far south as northern Texas.  The storm will initially start over the western US, then track across the central US before arriving into the East this weekend.   This will bring the strongest heating demand so far this fall season.  However, another milder break will follow for next week.  The first image shows overnight lows Thursday Night.  The second image shows the weather system intensifying over the NE this weekend with a milder break to follow right on its heels.
