Tuesday:  A series of weather systems will track across the country over the next 7-days with rain, snow, and cooler than normal temperatures.  In between weather systems, mild high pressure will bring slightly warmer than normal temperatures.  The net result will be swings in nat gas demand averaging out to near average.  The image shows the weather pattern for today as one system exits the Northeast, a second tracks into the central US and Midwest, and finally a third approaches the West Coast.  While active, these storms won’t tap very much cold air as we wait until next week for colder ones.
