Massive Ridge To Bring Heat & Strong Early July Demand

Monday:   The weekend weather data played out mostly as we were expecting with the timeline of major features to impact the US the next few weeks intact.  Most importantly, and as we were expecting, the data locked on to a large scale, very warm to hot ridge of high pressure that will dominate much of the country July 5-8th where widespread highs of upper 80s to 100s would be expected to drive the strongest nat gas demand observed so far this season.  This seems to have gotten the markets attention with prices gaping 6 cents on the Sunday Eve.
