Tuesday, January 2nd:  Frigid Arctic air will bring very strong demand east of the Rockies early this week as lows reach -25F North, with single digits to 30s over the Southern US.  A reinforcing Arctic shot across the Great Lakes and Northeast late in the week will keep demand very strong. After a brief break Jan 8th, another weather system will arrive Jan 9-11 over the Northeast.  However, the overnight weather data wasn’t as cold with it, or with the pattern Jan 12-15 as high pressure bring milder conditions over the eastern US.
